Bruce Willis’ daughter Tallulah opened up about the early signs of her dad’s dementia decease which were apparently missed by her family.

In her essay published in Vogue on Wednesday, Tallulah revealed, “I’ve known that something was wrong for a long time.”

She continued, “it started out with a kind of vague unresponsiveness, which the family chalked up to Hollywood hearing loss.”

Tallulah confessed that initially when her dad lost his hearing and his unresponsiveness “broadened”, she misunderstood him and “took it personally.”

“He had had two babies with my stepmother, Emma Heming Willis, and I thought he’d lost interest in me,” she admitted.

Bruce has three daughters Tallulah,29,  Rumer, 34, and Scout, 31, with ex-wife Demi Moore.

In 2009, the actor married to model Heming, with whom he shares two daughters: Mabel, 11, and Evelyn, 9.

“Though this couldn’t have been further from the truth, my adolescent brain tortured itself with some faulty math: I’m not beautiful enough for my mother, I’m not interesting enough for my father,” the 29-year-old actress confessed.

For the unaware, the Die Harder actor was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) earlier this year.
