Juhi Chawla shared a milestone in her life as she proudly witnessed her daughter, Jahnavi Mehta, graduating from Columbia University in New York.

The Bhootnath actress, who is the wife of businessman Jay Mehta,  took to Instagram on Wednesday and shared captivating photos from Jahnavi's graduation ceremony. 

The post featured a heartwarming family portrait, with the Sharmaji Namkeen actress and her husband, Jay Mehta, posing alongside their accomplished children, Jahnavi and her brother Arjun Mehta.

Juhi's caption succinctly captured the emotions of the moment, stating, "Proud and Happy."

The comments section was filled with congratulations from fans and friends, who shared their best wishes and praise.

 Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, in a state of excitement, left a comment, "Woohoo congratulations" One of the fans wrote, "Her (Jahnavi Mehta's) smile is exactly like yours." Another person commented, "Same smile."

The announcement of Jahnavi's graduation from Columbia University had already stirred anticipation when Juhi tweeted a photograph of her daughter from the convocation ceremony, proudly proclaiming, "Columbia class (of) 2023."
