Shahid Kapoor says 'Kabir Singh' was the first adult film of his career

Shahid Kapoor has talked about his 2019 released film Kabir Singh and said it was the first adult film he did in his life.
Talking about trying new things, the 42-year-old actor said: " The first adult film of my life is Kabir Singh.”
He further said: “People told me that it won't work or find more audience. But it became the biggest hit of my career. So, lets look at things in a new way, let's try newer things."
"There is no way good work can hide. I made my OTT debut with Farzi, and I have got so much love for it. So good work whether its theatre or OTT will never go unnoticed," the Farzi actor added.
Meanwhile, Shahid Kapoor is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Bloody Daddy. The dark thriller film is all set to release on the OTT platform on June 9, 2023.
While talking about his collaboration with the director Ali Abbas Zafar, he said: "I am happy to make my action debut. There is a lot which happens on film set when it comes to action. “
“What you see on screen is very different from so much that happens on the set. So, I am glad I made my action debut with Ali because he made me feel very comfortable,” the Vivah actor added.
