'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai' star Vaibhavi Upadhyaya is no more
Vaibhavi Upadhyaya also worked with Deepika Padukone in the film 'Chhapaak'
Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai actor Vaibhavi Upadhyaya is no more, producer JD Majethia has confirmed the news.
The producer took to his Instagram stories to reveal that the actress died in a car accident. He also informed that the incident took place in North India.
He wrote: “Life is so unpredictable. A very fine actress, dear friend Vaibhavi Upadhyay popularly known as 'Jasmine' of Sarabhai vs Sarabhai passed away.”
“She met with an accident in the north. Family will bring her to Mumbai tomorrow morning around 11 am for last rites. RIP Vaibhavi (sic)," added JD Majethia.
Vaibhavi Upadhyaya is best known for her role in the TV show Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai. She had also worked in the film Chhapaak and Timir.
