Tom Cruise is gearing up for the release of his upcoming, high-octane action flick Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One.

However, the Hollywood heartthrob has left Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s fans in anger after the second official trailer of M:I 7 was released on Wednesday.

The new official trailer of Cruise’s latest venture as the spy agent Ethan Hunt gave fans a glimpse into his latest missions as he was seen performing the most dangerous stunts ever.

Shah Rukh Khan’s eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice that some action sequences were copied from his blockbuster hit Pathaan.

Netizens were left convinced after a train-set action sequence was featured in the new trailer of Mission Impossible.

For the unversed, the train-set scene from Pathaan featured Shah Rukh Khan as well as Salman Khan performing some dangerous stunts and actions.

Taking to Twitter, SRK fans shared screenshots from Mission: Impossible- Dead Reckoning Part One trailer, as well as Pathaan, drawing similarities.

“Few days ago, I saw the whole twitter making fun of #Pathaan train scene just because it accidentally has similarity with Jackie Chan cartoon. But now that #MissionImpossible also has similar action scenes, nobody will say anything,” wrote one Twitter user.

Another shared a screenshot of similar scenes and wrote, “Bollywood should be proud.”

Tom Cruise’s Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One will release in cinemas on July 12.
