Beyonce and Jay-Z has spent $200 million to buy themselves a scenic house in Malibu making the sale as the most expensive real estate ever sold in California, USA.
The couple bought the house based on a 30,000 square-feet area in the locality widely known for rich folks called the Billionaire’s Row.
Previously, the most expensive property sold in the area set a record of $177 million which has now been broken by Beyonce and Jay-Z, reports E!
As per the reports, the most expensive real estate property ever sold is in New York. The buyer purchased the property for $238 million.
In March 2023, the rapper was named as the wealthiest person in hip hop having a net worth of $2.5 billion.
Beyonce and Jay-Z tied the knot on April 4, 2008. The duo are parents to three adorable little children.
