Priyanka Chopra’s spy thriller Citadel that is currently streaming on Amazon Prime had a special cameo of Indian actor Varun Dhawan in latest epsiode. 

In the episode five of the thriller season, there was a scene where Priyanka’s character Nadia Sinh speaks to Father Radhi Gambhi on call. Though, there was no picture, but the audio heard in the scene was recognized as none other than Varun’s voice.

The Bhediya actor, who is gearing up to feature in the Indian adaptation of Citadel with Samantha Ruth Prabhu, will be making a special appearance in the finale episode of the American show, directed by the Russo brothers.

Varun’s cameo in the Priyanka’s Citadel will somehow pave a way for its Indian version which is being directed by Farzi director duo Raj and DK.

Previously, the Quantico actress was also asked if she will be playing a role in the Indian adaptation of her American show to which she replied, ‘maybe or maybe not.’

Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden’s Citadel finale episode is slated to release on May 26, reports India Today.
