Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are reportedly making it work despite rife split rumors.

Reports suggest that although chances of a reconciliation might be high the dynamics of the relationship still appear weak and toxic.

"They are slowly working on reconciling but he's totally in the dog house still. He's doing whatever he can to get her back, and she's making him work for it. It's still an unhealthy dynamic though, and their friends just don't see this lasting,"  a source told People.

"He has a lot to prove himself to do, and he doesn't want to give her up. He is great with her kids and super hands-on. It's a work in progress."

Fox hinted over an alleged breakup back in February when she deleted all pictures with the 33-year-old rapper as the internet buzzed with  cheating speculations. 

Both Fox and MGK fell in love on the sets of the crime thriller film Midnight in the Switchgrass.
