Bilal Maqsood reacts on entrepreneur selling candles with his song's name
Bilal Maqsood has shared his reaction after watching candles being sold out on his song Mera Bichra Yaar and Sar Kiye Ye Pahar's name.
Taking it to his Instagram, Bilal posted a story in which he shared the picture of the candles and appreciated the kind gesture.
But, he also believes that the brand should have asked for permission before imposing his songs' name on the candle jars.
He wrote: “Bhuii pooch tu laite! But it’s ok. It’s cute.”
Where the Sajni singer seems to be a bit uncomfortable with the move, there is a fan who appreciated it. “Well I think he should be thankful unlike many others, at least this band is not putting Indian movie dialogues/song titles on the tags", he wrote.
Both songs Sar Kiye Ye Pahar and Mera Bichra Yaar are from Bilal Maqsood and Faisal Kapadia’s album 2 released in 1992 and Dhaani 2003 respectively.
