Before the official release of Shah Rukh Khan’s much-awaited film Jawan, video clips  were leaked on different social media platforms, therefore the Delhi High Court has asked Twitter to share the details of the accounts leaking the clips.

The court has requested Twitter to share the basic information of the subscriber like their e-mail, phone numbers and IP address of such accounts.

According to justice C Hari Shankar: "The court directs defendant no 2 (Twitter) to provide information of the accounts with advance service to the counsel of the plaintiff so that the plaintiff can take appropriate action."

The Counsel for Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment revealed that there are five accounts that leaked some clips of Jawan.

A few days back, two Jawan clips were leaked on numerous social media platforms including Twitter, YouTube, Google and Reddit.

After the clips were leaked, the Delhi High Court asked all the social media platforms to delete all the clips citing violation of copyrights. According to the court, the leaked clips are causing a loss for the film.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan is directed by Atlee, which was slated to release on June 2. But, now the makers have announced a new release for the release of the film .i.e. September 7, reports Pinkvilla.
