Blackpink member Jennie Kim went all furious after noticing that there were more cell phones rather than faces during their concert in Singapore.

While performing on stage, Jennie noticed that rather than enjoying the performance, many of the fans were more interested in recording it on their phones.

On noticing the lack of interaction with fans, she halted the concert and said out loud: "I'm seeing more cell phones than faces today. I don't know if I like that."

The famous Korean singer encouraged people to enjoy the concert and focus less on recording it. "I want everyone to connect and interact with us, and sing and dance, and just party”, added Jennie.

Her address amidst the concert left the internet divided. Many fans thought that the singer was right. While others added that they just wanted to record the performance to remember the it forever, reports All Kpop.

Jennie Kim's statement triggered a random discussion over the role of phones at concerts. However, her statement can also be termed as a reminder that concerts are more than just watching the performance. They are also about connecting with the fans and enjoying it altogether.
