On May 16, superstar Shah Rukh Khan invited the US ambassador Eric Garcetti to his Mannat house in Mumbai.

Khan and Garcetti had a wonderful time together at Mannat. The latter shared a post on his Twitter handle in order to thank the superstar for hosting him.

 He also revealed that the two of them discussed a bit about the film industry and the impact of Bollywood and Hollywood across the globe. He even joked about making his Bollywood debut.

"Is it time for my Bollywood debut? Had a wonderful chat with superstar @iamsrk at his residence Mannat, learning more about the film industry in Mumbai and discussing the huge cultural impact of Hollywood and Bollywood across the globe. #AmbExploresIndia."

Moreover, the US ambassador to India also shared two pictures featuring him and the Pathaan actor. 

The pictures showed Khan wearing a simple all-black outfit. He also wore a cap on his head.

Meanwhile, the photos also showed a glimpse of Gauri Khan standing in the background surrounded by a beautiful interior.

According to Pinkvilla, fans couldn’t stop gushing over these clicks and immediately rushed to the comment section to praise the superstar. One of his well-wishers called him ‘global megastar’. 

On the other hand, another fan commented: “Ambassador of USA to India met with Ambassador of India to the World, Happy moment."

Work wise, Shah Rukh Khan’s last film Pathaan became a global hit which gave people a hope for the revival of Hindi cinema. They are now eagerly waiting for the release of his next film Jawan.
