Salman Khan visited West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at her residence in Kalighat, Kolkata on Saturday.

The Sultan star took the internet by storm as the pictures of his visit went viral ahead of his highly anticipated Da-Bangg concert.

Salman met with Mamata Banerjee amidst high security alert. He donned a light-colored t-shirt with matching pants. The West Bengal CM also appeared in high spirits as she greeted him and presented him with a shawl.

The Kick star and the CM both greeted each other with folded hands as they were also seen exchanging pleasantries before posing for pictures.

Salman also waved at the paparazzi before going inside the building.

On Salman’s Da-Bangg tour, he will be joined by Sonakshi Sinha, Pooja Hegde, Guru Randhawa, Jacqueline Fernandez and Maniesh Paul.

On the work front, Salman Khan recently appeared in the film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. He will next be seen in Tiger 3, co-starring Katrina Kaif.
