Power couple Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan's marriage   was once tumultuous as  they spilled all about it in a candid chat. 

Both admitted to having 'big fights'  and disagreements everyday but despite all this   they made it work out. 

In an interview with Vogue India in July 2010 , the adorable pair were once queried  about their disputes in marriage and the Devdas actress was the first one to  respond "Oh, every day, while her actor husband then chimed in saying, "But they're more like disagreements, not fights. They're not serious, they're healthy. It'd be really boring otherwise." 

When  asked  who is the one among both to makeup  , Bachchan's son added, "Me! Me. Women don't make up! But we have a rule—we don't sleep on a fight. And in defence of all men, I want to tell you, half the time the reason we give in and say sorry is because we're just so sleepy and want to go to bed! Besides, women are the superior race, and they're always right." 

"The sooner men accept that, the better. It doesn't matter what you say, even if you have concrete proof, in their world, it's futile, it makes no sense."

Aishwarya and Abhishek  have been married for 16 years now and   are parents to daughter Aaradhya.
