Akshay Kumar is all set to hit the cinema screen in September with his upcoming film, IndianExpress reported.

Taking to his Twitter handle, the actor shared the poster of his upcoming new film which is the Hindi remake of the Tamil film Soorarai Pottru.

In the shared poster, a  shadow of an actor can be seen  alongwith  a  whizzing  plane.

“We are ready for takeoff! Production No. 27 (Untitled) releases in theatres worldwide on 1st September, 2023,” the actor wrote in the caption.

As the action hero of Bollywood made an announcement, Akshay received a mixed reaction from his fans. When some fans are excited related to the film release while others are criticizing actors for giving priority to quantity over quality.

On of the fan wrote: "I am excited to see Akki & Paresh sir together after 11 years. This reason is enough to see this film. BO never matters to me I just wanna see Akki." While other wrote: “Still quantity over quality”

The untitled film is scheduled to release in cinemas on September 1, 2023.
