Shah Rukh Khan’s starrer Pathaan is all set for its digital premier this month, after emerging as a blockbuster at the box office.

King khan fans will now be able to enjoy the super hit film of his star on Prime Video on March 22, seven weeks after it is released in theaters.

When Pathaan had its theatrical debut, some parts had been cut because they were deemed inappropriate. However, as the director Siddharth Anand himself hinted, the deleted scenes are anticipated to be included in the OTT version.

As because before the theatrical release of the film, there were concerns about the religion of Khan's role that undoubtedly contributed to the omitted sequences.

After that, Siddharth clarified that he, Aditya Chopra, and writers Shridhar Raghavan and Abbas Tyrewala all held the same viewpoint.

“The four of us have the same belief system, and the same films we’ve grown up on, and believed in. We share that. So, the fact that he doesn’t have a name, and he’s found in a theatre that was actually called Navrang… This got edited out, but you might see this in the OTT version… None of us looks down upon it, none of us says this is cheesy," he added.
