Sonu Nigam was rushed to hospital after being attacked at a Mumbai concert

Singer Sonu Nigam and his team were reportedly attacked during a concert in Mumbai on Monday, IndiaToday reported.

A video has been circulating on social media showing the singer getting down from the stage with his team when someone who wanted to click a selfie with him allegedly pushed down Sonu.

However, the Kal Ho Na Ho singer filed a complaint against the act at the police station in Mumbai.

Talking to ANI, Sonu Nigam opened up about the incident and said "After the concert, I was coming down from stage when a man Swapnil Prakash Phaterpekar held me. Then he pushed Hari & Rabbani who came to save me. Then I fell on the steps. I filed a complaint so that people should think about forcefully taking selfies & causing scuffle."
