Janhvi Kapoor has penned a heartbreaking note for her late mother Sridevi ahead of her death anniversary.

The Dhadak actress took to her Instagram account to share a throwback picture of her and Sridevi sitting together at an event.

The two can be seen in traditional outfits. Sridevi wore a beautiful golden saari while Janhvi donned a multicolored outfit.

In the caption, Kapoor wrote: “I still look for you everywhere mumma, still do everything I do hope I’m making you proud. Everywhere I go, and everything I do- it starts and ends with you.”

Janhvi's mother Sridevi was one of the most prominent actresses of Bollywood in the 1990s and was famous for her phenomenal acting and dancing skills. The Nagina actress died on February 24, 2018, in Dubai.

Meanwhile, Janhvi will be next seen in the film Bawaal alongside Varun Dhawan which is scheduled to release this year, on April 7, PinkVilla reported.
